manifesto

recently I had some art in a show called CHAPTER 3, as a part of Manifesto community and culture festival. Manifesto puts on art shows every year and they keep getting sicker and sicker. This year they took over three floors of a building, concentrating on street art, instillation art and RISE, an art auction, who's proceeds go to SKETCH, An art studio for street youth. GOD LOVES HAIR

I am working on some illustrations for a book of short stories entitled GOD LOVES HAIR, by Vivek Shraya. The book is beautifully crafted and I am enjoying the illustration process eeeeeemmensely. I will be doing one color illustration for each of the 22 stories that appear in the book. copenhagen

Just took a trip to Copenhagen, Denmark last week. Good friends of mine were getting married in a beautiful old Cathedral there. the weather was chilly, so I bundled up hard. I spent time making art, taking photos and hanging with posse. A few selects from my travels.
